About AIMERS Foundation

CREATING IMPACT - FOR ALL - BY ALL

AIMERS Foundation is a technology Not-for-profit registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission, empowering communities through Artificial Intelligence, Media, Emerging Fields, Robotics, STEM, and Space Technology.

Built on the belief that talent is universal but opportunity is not, AIMERS exists to create access, exposure, and meaningful pathways for learners of all backgrounds. By connecting education, innovation, mentorship, and real-world experiences, the Foundation ensures that individuals do not merely adapt to the future—but actively shape it.

The Foundation aims to enable more students to build startups, secure patents in their own names, and publish academic work—cultivating a vibrant, innovation-driven technology ecosystem and positioning Australia as a global innovation hub by 2050.

Our Story & Legacy

The Foundation draws from a proven and scalable framework established in India by the Founder of AIMERS, who also co-founded the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Foundation (RAAIF) in 2012. RAAIF is regarded as one of the early grassroots, women-founded nonprofits in India focused on robotics and artificial intelligence education, laying the foundation for inclusive, community-driven technology ecosystems.

That experience informs AIMERS' approach: combining hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure to create pathways for learners of all backgrounds.

Our Values

Access

We believe talent is universal; we work to make opportunity universal too. We create access to education, tools, and networks that have historically been out of reach for many.

Inclusion

We build inclusive, community-driven ecosystems where diverse voices—including women and underrepresented groups—shape the future of technology.

Impact

We focus on real outcomes: startups, patents, publications, and leadership. Our work is measured by the pathways we create and the futures we help shape.

Innovation

We embrace innovation in education, technology, and delivery—always learning, improving, and connecting grassroots learning with policy and industry.

How We Work

Programs & Initiatives

We run flagship programs across space education (Mission ShakthiSAT), academic publishing (Make A Mark), youth media (Hustler Journalist), robotics competition (Robotics Premier League), and thought leadership (AIMERS Conference, AIMERS Expo, AIMERS Awards).

Community & Partnerships

We work with schools, educators, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders to bridge grassroots learning with policy and industry, and to scale impact.

Governance & Transparency

AIMERS Foundation is committed to transparency, accountability, and good governance. We are registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) and operate as a technology Not-for-profit, guided by our mission and values.

Our governance structure includes a board of directors, program leadership, and community advisors who guide our work and ensure we stay true to our mission. For more information about our governance or to request specific information, please contact us.
